ITEC Ground Breaking Ceremony

On January 28, Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero helped move ITEC-Lansing toward a reality as a community technology teaching and research center. Mayor Bernero said, "Today we stake a claim for Lansing's future. We stake a claim in the information economy for our children...to make sure they are part of this high tech economy. We are blessed in Lansing to have incredible partnership in the public, private and academic sectors all working together. This is the incredible result you get when you have great partners and great minds working together with the community. Congratulations to all of you in getting to this point."
